Eight years on Ghost, replaced in two days by a vanilla Rails app my agent can write to, publish from, and reshape. The migration was parity-gated, URL by URL. Search Console never noticed. This site runs on it.

AI could already make a beautiful deck. Working with it was the problem: one alignment fix meant regenerating everything. So I gave the agent a CLI like PowerPoint. You see a slide; it sees ten thousand lines of code. First repo past 100 stars.
